Smart TV hardware note. Multiview and timeshift are not available on Samsung Tizen and LG webOS TVs because of TV hardware limits. They work on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV and Android devices; every other Premium feature works on the TV.

Frequently asked questions
Does MyPTV include channels?
No. MyPTV is a player: you bring your own M3U, Xtream Codes or Stalker source from your provider.
Will my Premium work on a Smart TV?
Only Premium Multi — plans marked Cross-platform — unlocks Samsung and LG TVs. Other Premium plans cover the devices of the store you bought from.
How do I move my profiles to a new device?
Sign in to the same MyPTV account under Account & Sync. Profiles and watch history sync automatically.
Premium is not active on the TV
Check that your plan is Premium Multi and that the TV is signed in with the same MyPTV account. Then open Settings › Premium and select Check again.
The QR code expired
Codes expire after 10 minutes. Open the sign-in screen again to get a new code, or choose Use email instead.
Where are Multiview and timeshift?
Samsung Tizen and LG webOS TV hardware cannot run them, so they are not offered there. They work on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV and Android devices on the same plan.
