MyPTV IPTV Player Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of MyPTV IPTV Player ("MyPTV", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using MyPTV, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. About MyPTV

MyPTV is an IPTV player application that allows users to load and play content from sources they choose to add. MyPTV does not provide channels, playlists, streams, or media content. MyPTV does not host or control third-party content made available through user-added sources.

2. Eligibility

You may use MyPTV only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws that apply to you. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use MyPTV only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use MyPTV for lawful personal use.

4. User Responsibility for Content and Sources

You are solely responsible for:

  • any playlist, stream, account, login, URL, or media source you add to MyPTV;
  • ensuring you own, license, or are otherwise authorized to access and view any content played through MyPTV;
  • complying with all applicable laws, regulations, contractual terms, and copyright rules.

You must not use MyPTV to access, play, distribute, or facilitate access to content in a way that violates law or infringes the rights of others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use MyPTV for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
  • circumvent DRM, access controls, paywalls, or technical protection measures;
  • reverse engineer, modify, interfere with, or disrupt MyPTV except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
  • use MyPTV in a way that harms us, other users, service providers, or third parties.

6. Accounts, Credentials, and Device Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of any credentials, playlists, or source information you use with MyPTV. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your device or through sources you connect to the app.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

MyPTV may offer paid features or subscriptions. If you purchase a subscription, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the platform through which you purchased the subscription, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store, and are subject to that platform's terms and policies.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • subscriptions renew automatically until canceled;
  • you can manage or cancel subscriptions through your platform account settings;
  • refunds, if any, are governed by the platform's refund rules.

8. Features and Availability

We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of MyPTV at any time. We may also update compatibility, playback behavior, metadata, EPG-related features, sync features, or subscription features without prior notice.

Where MyPTV includes optional online features such as sync, metadata, or EPG-related services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or uptime.

9. Third-Party Services

MyPTV may interoperate with third-party platforms or services, including playlist providers, streaming sources, cloud storage providers, app stores, billing platforms, or metadata sources. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or policies.

10. Intellectual Property

MyPTV, including its software, branding, interface, design, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to MyPTV or its services at any time if:

  • you violate these Terms;
  • we are required to do so by law;
  • continued operation is no longer commercially or technically feasible.

You may stop using MyPTV at any time by uninstalling the app and discontinuing use.

12. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyPTV is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

We do not warrant that:

  • MyPTV will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
  • playback will always function with every source or format;
  • third-party sources or services will remain available or compatible;
  • metadata, EPG, sync, or other optional features will always be accurate or complete.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, content, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of MyPTV.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to MyPTV will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for MyPTV or related paid features during the twelve months before the claim arose.

14. Privacy

Your use of MyPTV is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at: https://my-ptv.com/privacy

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of MyPTV after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
